Some parts i couldn't fault the hotel. The location is convenient and very close to the train station and tourist spots, but be prepared as the area could be quite filthy and the walk from the train station to the hotel is downhill with cobble stone which makes walking down difficult if you have suitcase. I could imagine going back up is a nightmare but in our case we took the taxi to the airport hence we were spared. I couldn't speak much about food availability as we pretty much wandered around the area and enjoyed the food outside. The room that we got is very compact but enough for 1-2 person with 1 suitcase and carry on. The bed is fine not the luxury type of course but thats what Ibis is all about. Our room is clean but the shampoo dispenser were not replenished at all (empty) and we were welcomed with less than half of a toilet roll. Staff are polite and our check in was quick though our key card kept kicking us out and we had to go back to the reception to reactivate. Check out was smooth and hotel accommodated our luggage as we stroll around the area before heading to the airport.

An absolutely pleasant stay with Ibis. Everything I needed was close by, and the staff was top-notch, genuinely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Brussels.

Great location, it was a good stay. The only thing I would change is the carpet, I always prefer wood floors on hotels Other than that it was good.

One of the best locations for tourist visits to Brussel, a stone throw from the Grand Place and all the tourist attractions in the heart of Brussels. Also a stone throws from the Bruxelles Central train station. Many restaurants all around for all tastes.
