The hotel is in the perfect location. Very close to the train station & Grand Place. Also nearby many shops & restaurants. The room clean but was TINY! I’ve never had a smaller hotel room. Also the bed topper kept sliding off. I kept falling off the bed in the middle of the night. Seriously hard to sleep on this bed & room could barely fit 2 people. Overall, I would recommend because of location.

I stayed in room 008 so I experienced a lot of noise from the reception and bar during the late evening (approximately between 22:00-01:00) - had difficulties falling a sleep.

Bad smell in the room of sewer and bed bugs

First thing noticed when got out of the lift was a wauge smell of sewer and it was also in the room. I also had bed bugs and had to change room middle of the night. All years traveling for work I have never before woken up with 3 fully feed bed bugs in the bed Horrific !

Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to friends, or stay here again. The location is amazing, but that's about it. The beds are extremely hard, I had to lay out pillows to sleep on and I was still sore the next morning. I was woken up constantly by noises, be it sirens, banging on walls/ceilings, or people screaming outside at 3 am. We were also charged for services we did not request or use (i was able to get this straightened up with the front desk).
