there are very few choices to eat around the hotel. The heat system was broken. We spent 100 euros for dinner and the food was cold . we had to wear jackets and hats and coats. like we were eating outside. The same thing in the morning for breakfast. we had to wear our outside garments . It was so cold the food in plates was cold in a few minutes. Please refund our breakfasts at the very least thank you in advance

Horrible experience due to a wake-up call at 4.30am that I didnt order. Turned out they called the wrong room! :(( Hotel has a good location. And a strange, dirty smell. Worst Novotel I’ve stayed in so far.

My second visit; clean and well located right at Terminal 3. My only complaint is with the breakfast in room service, I ordered at 3:50am but the breakfast in room never came and when enquired, I was told I ordered too late. Maybe it would help to specify what is the latest time we can order breakfast in room service. Thanks

Receptionist was very nice and friendly, smooth check-in and easy access from the airport. Minimal amenities so you need to have your pyjamas and toiletries, but you can purchase toiletries in the hotel as there is a vending machine. Okay for a night transit.
