AA1114 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

The room was super small . Secondly the attitude of the manager was pathetic . On the day of check-in we were standing at the reception and busy teaching the intern at the hotel . Thereafter we complained a million times about the air con not working and the room was hot and claustrophobic. But the manager did not pay any heed to it . Even the receptionist said as she stayed in the same hotel that it’s terribly warm in the room and the only solution provided by them was to keep windows open Pathetic and waste of money . I arrived directly at the hotel and was greeted by a very gentle reception staff. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, however he was one of the best guys I have ever been attended by. I arrived on the night of 29th Mar at around 8:30 pm. We were panicked as we didn't have a booking and weren't able to find one anywhere around that place. It was then, this guy really helped me get my breath back and offered me and my friends a great deal.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near Salzburg Hbf Central station. However, Accor status loyalists may find the recognition to be lacking, with limited expectations met. Despite this, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and while the breakfast and a la carte menu offer limited options, they are available for guests.
