Location of hotel was fine. Staff were helpful enough. Main issue was Room was far too hot. Even with a fan - no ventilation or fresh air. Uncomfortable sleep and no way of fixing this. A/C did nothing. Unpleasant smells because of heat. Room was tiny - no space for even a small amount of luggage to be unpacked.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean and functional. No plug point near the mirror though Also the shower was pathetic and went from hot to cold and back every 30 secs

This is my first time to stay in Ibis Styles Paris Bercy and also my first time in Paris. I went here only for 1 night just to attend a music concert that is located in Accor Arena. Super satisfied with the hotel, because its located only 3 min walking from Accor Arena and just in front of the hotel there is Metro line 14, which is only 1 stop from Gare de Lyon train station. This Metro also can bring you anywhere easily. The Hotel is also surrounded by many Cafe/ Restaurant that is open until late night, so it is very convenient and strategically located. All of the receptionist are friendly and can speak English. The room rate is already including breakfast. The room is sufficient for 1 night, clean and quite comfy bed. The only minus thing is maybe the water pressure. But other than that, everything was okay. The breakfast variation is also quite complete, with Crepes, Breads, Pastries, Cereals, Cold Cuts, Juices (they even have fresh orange juice), Fruits, Yoghurt. I will definitely book again this hotel because I already have my next concert ticket in Accor Arena..Thank you Ibis Styles Paris Bercy! :)
