It was a good stay, as Ibis always is a good choice, but on the check in, the reception said that they dont have the room that I choose, so they will do an upgrade without any charge, okay, but when we got it to the room, there were no toilet paper, and the room was set up just for 1 people, even that was me and my husband. In the night, it was really warm inside the room, because outside was 27 degree, eventhough the air conditioner wasn't working and the reception said that the could turn it on because is mead season and not summer. Despite the small issues, everything else was okay.

We booked 4 rooms for a group of 7 (three twins, one single). We were all located on the same floor. The rooms were clean and the beds good. The hotel is only a short walk from Milano Centrale train station. Would use the hotel again.

THE PREMIUM ROOM DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE PICTURES, ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM. IT IS SIMPLY A ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE. ROOM 140 IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE (OR FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY). BATH TOWELS FOR 3 PEOPLE WHEN THE RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR 2 PEOPLE 1 BATH COAT (WHAT USE IS THAT IN AN IBIS?) WITH ONLY ONE PAIR OF SLEEPERS. ON THE 1ST FLOOR, VIEW OF THE GARDEN AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING (SEE MENTION IN ROOM DESCRIPTION) THIS ROOM DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE OFFICIAL DESCRIPTIONS ON THE HOTEL'S WEBSITE. THE OFFER IS THEREFORE MISLEADING. EVEN IF THE SLIPPERS AND BATH COAT ARE NOT MENTIONED ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE. YOU HAVE TO ASK RECEPTION FOR A NEW WIFI CODE EVERY DAY.

Ibis Milano Centro was a perfect location for a 3 night stay. The staff were all courteous and friendly. We got a courtesy upgrade to a deluxe room for free which was a good size for 2 and had all the needed amenities. The location is a 20-30min walk to Duomo and Centrale Stazione. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a short European break in central Milan 😁
