Your staff are super helpful and friendly but it’s apparent that during our stay that it is under staffed. Room and Hotel is generally clean but does lack some attention to detail . Smell of fresh and stale tobacco was present in corridor and room. Pillows need a complete rethink. Probably the worst pillows I have had to endure at a hotel. Sore neck and back after second night sleep. Breakfast was delicious as was an evening meal , although not all menu items were available in the evening. The small selection of Children’s toys within the bar area was great to see. Location of hotel is perfect for local attractions.

Stayed at the hotel several times during last 2 months during a difficult time for me as my mum died, living in Cornwall I needed a place close to my family and the hotel is in a great location for this.

Good location, big carpark. Hotel rooms looked a bit dated and needed redecoration. Pillows uncomfortable, one too firm the other soft and lumpy. Good choice at breakfast.

Dear Amanda, Regarding the sofa bed, you booked a room type Queen double for 2 adults. This room type has a sofa, but the sofa bed part of it was decommisioned a couple of years ago. So not sure why you would need to comment on that. If you need a room with a sofa bed, please choose either family room or exec room (which are slightly more expensive).
