The only complaint I would have is the beds for my children where awful!! The springs were very prominent, so prominent that they really shouldn't be in use! I had to use the duvet cover as a mattress topper and they still didn't sleep very well. Other than that the rest of the stay was good.

Regarding the sofa bed, I'm afraid that we allocated you to the wrong room type, the family rooms, executive rooms and twin rooms all have refurbshied sofa beds. The room that you stayed inm, the sofa is simply that now, not meant to be used as a sofa bed. Our opologies for not spotting the error.
