Great experience once again. This is our go to hotel everytime we come to Bregenz. One critic: this time we did not get a welcome drink.

The whole experience was magnificent, we felt cosseted and cared for. A hotel is two things - the physical amenity and the staff. In your case both were of an exemplary standard. The only reason I put 9 instead of 10 is because our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived and from time to time the smell would return more strongly out of the air conditioning.
