Friendly personell, clean room but a very uncomfortable odour of cigarette smoke was in the room. I am a non-smoker and should have been asked before.

I booked the hotel for business purposes. 3 nights in total, from Tuesday evening to Friday morning. First disappointment was to realize that my trip partner was in a different Ibis TLS airport hotel. It was not possible to re-book in your hotel despite having rooms not occupied. Then the room itself was so small and lacking of minimum equipment (e.g. storage for underwear or coat hanger for more than 2 shirts) that I´d discourage anyone from spending here more than 1 night. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent. My overall experience was just right but definitely not impressed. I was in the hotel 5 years ago and my memories were a lot better.

Problems with room assignment

Another customer was given a card to my room when checking in. Woke up 1am with someone else opening my door. Other than the bad experience in itself, this does not provide much confidence in room security. Room, personnel and breakfast were fine.

Stayed one night before flying out of Toulouse. Everything was as it should be... except that the distance between the end of the bed and the wall/TV was so narrow (20 cm?) it was difficult to pass.
