Well located but a bit worn down

The Hotel ließ really close at the train Mainstation and ist very Central. Good starting Point for discovering the City. The rooms are a bit worn down by age. My room smelled of old tobaccosmoke and the mattress had yellow stains at the corners. The pillows were very old and I Had problems with my allergy against Dust mites. The breakfast was very good, thou. I liked the fresh waffles.

Hotel is an appendix to DUS main station, with direct access, and another from the Konrad Adenauer Square. This being a nowadays typical Hotspot one is surprised how quiet the hotel is. Trains can be heard and felt just slightly, I have been at much louder hotels in typical Japanese hotels at train stations. Rooms are functional and clean. Breakfast is good but at 17 EUR a bit pricey for the offered variety.

Basic accommodation Clean towels were provided every day but the bed was not made every day or the room cleaned Convenient location but I wouldn't stay again
