Propreté des chambres correcte. L’accueil est chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet (peu d’option pour les vegans). Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. La tv est accroché au mur pour un gain de place. Salle de bain avec serviette et sèche cheveux.

Ibis Melun is a typical Ibis hotel Small rooms but clean I found the breakfast extremely expensive

Too less space

The rooms are too small. I had to move sideways through the door. Toilet is too small too. Shower is very hot, I like that, but the tap gives very hot water after touching it once. It’s dangerous.

un professional staff with bad attitude

Although we booked a room with 2 single beds, we got a room with a double bed. Following our complaints, they offered us 5 different rooms which were all the same. The staff were very rude and suggested that we sleep without blankets or pillows.

I would also like to point out that your reservation was clearly indicated as TWIN and that various rooms on the ground floor had two beds. I am surprised by your feedback regarding the response from the person who welcomed you. It is not our usual practice to respond in this way to customers.
