My partner and I stayed at the Novotel for my birthday in April 2024. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we were met with a bottle of champagne and birthday cake in our mini fridge. The room was lovely, the staff were all really happy and willing to help whenever needed. Car parking was reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was great. Swim up bar was awesome and all the food we ate was amazing. A lot of vegan options which I was pleasantly surprised about! The only thing negative I would say is that my partner and I found the bed quite uncomfortable and both woke up with sore backs, of course this could be a personal preference thing but thought it’s worth mentioning. Also there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a little annoying but otherwise everything was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.
