Hello, I have been staying in Novotel since 2023. I had registered for the loyalty program but I realized during my last stay that it was not well registered.

OK, some smaller room equipment improvements needed: lavatory door damaged (lower end broken/damaged)

Reception well engaged to offer a nice stay, like the breakfast and bar area. Taxi calls worked perfectly and all good: just the "worn/damaged lavatory door" and a longer not working desk light (neon bulb broken) showed a little carelessness ;)

We were welcomed by Lea who remembered us from 2020 when we were stuck in USA because of covid and the hotel was closed down and took care of our car for 6 months. Although we have stayed at Novotel since then, Lea was noton duty. Her memory impressed me ! Looked after well, as always by Celine's well trained team.
