We have stayed here a few times and it is a good location but unfortunately the restaurant was being refurbished and it was very disappointing. I wish we had have been informed of this before our trip

As you may have noticed, our hotel is wonderfully located and easy to access just 100 meters from the beach and opposite the Cap 3000 shopping center, it will also be served by the tramway shortly. As we are currently in the midst of a transformation, we are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We've stayed here before and the last experience was much better. Location is good and there is a free airport shuttle which is very helpful. Room was fine. Clearly work is being undertaken to improve the hotel. Breakfast was passable - fruit tasted awful and coffee too but the bread was fine. It did the job.

Stayed there for one night and received a lot of help from the staff to deal with lost baggage. They went extra mile dropping us to airport few times as we had to deal with airline.

Hotel is well located near Cap 3000 and restaurants. We have stayed here many times. The free cocktail was delicious which we had due to Accor status. Merci beaucoup!
