I haven't been here for than 20 minutes and I already have had an amazing experience. I called last week and spoke to Allen (Valet Manager) and inquired about oversized parking for my Q5 and 6x12' U-Haul. He literally met me out front as I arrived. He found the perfect spot for me below a security camera. No stress about my Tradeshow items. Went inside and requested an early check in and it was granted. Given a room on the 28th floor with an amazing view of Lake Michigan.

Nice hotel with great views of the city and river. Modern sleeping rooms with nice amenities. Conference space was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful, especially Virginia (hospitality/cleaning on the BL).

Great , clean , and very respectful employees.. like for instance I had a minor problem with my Wi-Fi and Larry the maintenance guy went up and beyond to fix . Just an all round great hotel and guy service

Great time until we realized Hotel overcharged us by $694.44!

My friend, Eulla Wilson, and I were overcharged for a 3 night stay. I was overcharged by $156.85 and my friend was overcharged by $537.59. The hotel has yet refunded our money. We will dispute these charges with our credit card companies if this issue has not been resolved by Thursday, May 2, 2024.

After experiences a very hectic flight into Chicago, I placed an order with DoorDash and they delivered it to the another place. Derrick (Bellman) witnessed my frustration asked to assist me - I explained my situation he said give him a moment and within 5 minutes or so he found it at the 303 building.
