Absolutely loved the amazing views from corner room — Chicago River, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan. Even the bathroom has a million dollar view. The king bed was super comfy! The location was very convenient. The corner room is at the tip of the triangle shaped building.

I had a conference to attend here and can’t say I had stayed here before but what a great experience. Upon checking in Daisy took care of me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and overall made it a great experience. I don’t know if su is a manager but if not they should look into it.

Definitely a place to come back to! Room was nice sized and we were fortunate to have a view of the lake. Centrally located next to everything. Smash burger in the restaurant was excellent. Also having the Palm restaurant in the building was an extra bonus. Friendly staff!

Manny was great! He was very helpful and outstanding customer service. He assisted me on my beverage choice and he was kind. I will admit that Manny was great and you all have a great staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be coming back soon.

Stayed here on business for two nights. At check-in, Daisy set the tone for a wonderful stay. She was warm and efficient; she made the check in process short and painless. The accommodations were top-notch. I had a great room with a great view. I will definitely stay here again based upon my great experience with Daisy and the entire staff.
