Fantastic end to our Singapore trip! After 4 days in the city we really enjoyed the resort vibes. Douglas in Lebar was very accommodating and attentive. On my birthday he organised a cake which just topped off my whole day. Ella made our room during our stay and her attention to detail was impeccable. We had a very warm welcome and check in from a very polite and professional young man, I can't remember his name but he made quite the impression, making us feel welcome and that our business was appreciated. Location is tranquil, if you want quiet relaxation in a bustling city this is it.

Stayed at the Sofitel for 4 days, the environment here is quite good, many people speak Chinese, very enthusiastic, very convenient, the station is in front of the hotel, it's very convenient to go wherever, there is a swimming pool in the hotel, and there are small fish biting their feet, it's so much fun. Marcus , Peter, Ivy were very enthusiastic and great during the meal.

Nice, relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were served by Alson at Kwee Zeen and his service was impeccable. Gave us a bit of history on the local delicacies we ordered. He was very attentive, ensuring we were comfortable, finding us an indoor dining places, and giving me pillows to ensure i was seated comfortably. The resort itself is a leisurely 10 min walk to the beach. Would recommend dining at one of the many food trucks at Beach station. The spa is a hidden gem. Very tranquil. Pool is nice and warm.

My stay at Sofitel was truly memorable, but my experience specifically at Kwee Zeen was truly one of the highlights! The food at Kwee Zeen was absolutely phenomenal, from Singaporean classics such as their Laksa and authentic Indian cuisines such as their Buttered Chicken, it was like our taste buds had a tantalizing journey around Singapore. Not only that, but the place was such a feast for the eyes! The warm, elegant feel of the restaurant made my dining experience such a relaxing and enjoyable one! There were also occasional peacock sightings which really made the experience memorable! Of course, the experience wouldn't be as good as it was if it wasn't for their lovely staff, especially Albert! His warmth and friendliness really made us feel welcomed and comfortable in the restaurant. Albert had a certain kindness and pleasurable warmth around him which made us, and I am sure you too, just absolutely delighted in his presence. (Not to mention his food recommendations were quite good!) Our Kwee Zeen experience truly was wrapped up beautifully because of Albert's service, underscoring his and the rest of the staff's impeccable service skills. With that, I would like to say, great job, Albert of Kwee Zeen (and the rest of the staff) ! :) <3

Stayed in Luxury Room, Garden View for 4 nights (April 2024) the check-in was pleasant thanks to the services of Princess and Anna, who went out of their way to ensure we feel welcomed upon arrival. the corridors/hallway of the 1st level floor is very dated and a refresh/uplift would be good for aesthetic and feel overall, other than than the staffs were very friendly and helpful. and the peacock showing its beautiful colours right outside our garden/balcony access made it more wonderful experience Kudos Sofitel Sentosa in having such people serve your guests, would definitely stay again =)
