Huge amount of breakfast options and juice bar. Atmosphere is great, in a big open area near reception and close to the pool and rooms. There is a TV in the restaurant which displays the international departures coming up, so I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to pass some time while at the airport, before heading through security.

My companion arrived after midnight and this was a perfect location. The room was very clean and well equipped with complimentary water, comfortable beds and the shower had a nice water pressure. The breakfast was excellent as well. Everything was delicious. The complimentary drinks provided at the lobby were refreshing. Highly recommend.

One night stay in novotel have access to their lounge, the staff very friendly and helpful, thank you for Sri wiyani for your service, they have a pool inside, nice runway view, next visit I will stay more day here!, the food and drinks was nice too!

My group of 20 had an overnight in DPS recently due to a flight delay. The Novotel came to the rescue accommodating us all, providing complimentary upgraded rooms, a delicious buffet dinner, allowing special access to their priority lounge…AND packing up breakfast for us all to take on the plane! Every staff member from reservations via What’s App, to the front office manager, restaurant and lounge staff could not do enough for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and to top it off the location attached to the international terminal, meaning a 5 min walk to check-in is worth every penny! Oh and join Accor for special discounted rates.

We got stranded by an airline, a group of 20 plus a few small children. The manager and staff went WAY above and beyond to help accommodate us at very short notice. Can’t praise their flexibility, generosity and commitment to customer service, high enough. Spectacular job, Novotel, your staff, are 5 star.
