Good hotel with warm ambience, also good nice swimming pool with warm water. Nice breakfast with good service. But not much choice in toys and goods at the kids club. Moreover there is a BCA atm at the hotel that help us a lot. Strategic location, near restaurant and theme park

Very Nice hotel, great facilities. room was clean & spacious, friendly staff. warm & cozy pool. Initially I planned to stay 4 days here, extended my stay in the same hotel for another 10 days after meeting Mr. YOGI in the restaurant area. Very helpful guy in-term of suggesting food options etc. rest all staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Suggestion to hotel : it would be good if you can mention the ingredient of food kept in restaurant(like chicken,beef, fish etc) in English.

I already held fourth times for my annual company meeting in this hotel, and always satisfied with the services. The kindhearted PIC mba Frisa Asrilia who handle us since 2020 😁. Everything was excellent, for the banquet, meals are various and delicious, rooms, public area, the ambience is so comfy. See you next meeting in 2025 insyaAllah ☺️
