First some stay, great place to getaway!

My lil family and I stayed 3 nights at the Pullman, with the intention of having a lovely relaxing time, soaking in the beautiful wonders of the south west. We arrived a little earlier than check in time, but our villa was already available for us which was nice. Check in process was smooth and we settled in our villa seamlessly. Housekeeping had set up an extra single bed for my daughter (8), which was unexpected and a nice added touch. The villa was well set up, with everything in good, clean working order. The kitchenette felt homely with items and utensils provided for cooking. First night we ordered room service from onsite restaurant. There as a slight confusion with our order (restaurant claimed they didn't receive the order but I ordered online with receipt), and 90 minutes later we received it. I would have appreciated a call back from the restaurant and/or apology which we didn't get. Food however was delicious but it was quite late when we received it. Daily buffet breakfast was lovely, staff worked hard to maintain a good flow of food on the tables. There was a good variety of food options, catering to many dietary requirements. As it was school holidays, the hotel had a schedule of activities for kids, and also a fun zone set up with board games, ping pong table and puzzles which they could access at certain times of the day. One of the conference rooms was set up for movie night with big pillows and teepees which I thought was really cute! The housekeeping crew and porters were very friendly and helpful, and some of the females looked so beautiful with flowers in their hair! We later found out that some of them are from Fiji, and from talking to them, I loved how proud they were of their work ethic and ethnicity. We didn't spend time by the pool, as we were at the adjoining private beach almost every night watching the sunset and stingrays play in the water. Thank you for a wonderful first time stay. Special shout outs to Sally and Salote (both Reception) and Nemz (porter) who provided such great service. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed in one of the two bedroom villas, as we have done on a number of occasions before. So we knew what to expect and weren’t disappointed. The accommodation is spacious and very user friendly as well as clean. We did have an issue with ants and a flooding shower in our first room, but management were happy to move us with minimal fuss. It’s probably true that the units are coming due for a refresh, but given the great location and friendly staff we were perfectly happy and would stay again.

Had a terrific stay. The staff were all really friendly and professional. Bunker Bay is stunning and if you have a car it’s a great place to stay while visiting the Margaret River area. Beach is beautiful and the pool area is great. Food was exceptional too

We headed here for our Easter break. Sadly the hotel is not at the level it should be. On top of that, I went to the spa and had an awful experience - have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. When I complained, the hotel and spa staff dismissed my experience.

Service was very good. Room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Meals in the main dining room were hit and miss. The $89 pp buffet on Sunday night was very disappointing. Poor value for money. Restricted number of dishes. Other meals in the dining room were good. Breakfast and an evening meal from the menu were quite good.
