SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS HOTEL. They just simply allow outsider to ENTER OUR ROOM!!!!!! Was having 4D3N stay in PULLMAN MUNICH. Our room 924 which located at lower ground floor. First 2 night was great, the last night was nightmare. Me and my friend was sleeping in our room. Out of sudden I heard there is someone walking and moving at first I thought it was my friend going to bathroom until I opened my eyes it was a Fxxxking Stranger Guy inside our room!!!!!!!!! We shoutttt we screammm! The guy walked out from our room but we still keep on screaming and nobody(staff/security) come for help !!!!!! It’s was freaking helpless. The next morning, we spoke to the hotel manager, asked for CCTV roll back and request to find out the guy since they said it’s one of the guest . But they’re unable to proceed, they mentioned there was some system issue that they couldn’t check back and mentioned the guest wasn’t not around now!!!!! Please think twice before you booked this hotel! Helpless staff!!

No Room service! I am paying for a Pullman hotel and there is no room service. The kitchen closes at 22.30 and there is no room service. It is unacceptable. It is unacceptable to be called a hotel, and especially relatively upscale, and not offer room service!!!! It is Munich, touristic destination, important business center blahblahblah….not a town in nowhere. Just misery. I have already heavily regret my decision to stay here. And honestly, I don’t care if you have the best mattresses (you don’t), big rooms (also you don’t) or iron board in each room (this you have, thus 2 stars for the room) but if you decided that room-service is not important, then you do not know anything about hospitality. Next time in the city, I ll choose an Airbnb (no matter how against it I am). it is the 2nd time here, both times I stayed in “hotels” without even offering anything more than a bed and hot water to have a decent shower.

Quality Hotel. Great staff. Great location.

This hotel is well styled when you walk in, with warm colors and the correct lighting. This was particularly refreshing after the flight into Munich. It is also very well located, with the Nordfriedhof underground station a short walk away, this tube gets you into Munich city center in less than 20 minutes. The staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had all that we needed. The rooms are also well laid out and spacious, with good amenities also. Theos restaurant and bar is a nice spot if you stay in the hotel for food and drinks rather than going out. The breakfast was also very nice with a variety of continental and local German items, the pure honey and honeycomb we my favorite touch! The hotel was also kind in presenting my wife with a beautiful small cake in the room for her birthday, which she enjoyed very much with our daughter.

Я много раз останавливался в этом отеле и с каждым разом он становится все хуже. Система отопления не работает, в этом отеле я мерзну больше всего. Очень плохой интернет. Сотрудники стараются помочь, но похоже, что менеджмент отеля ничего не делает для устранения технических проблем. Когда я приехал, все банки в душе (шампунь, гель, кондиционер) были пустыми. С трудом допросился шампунь.

I had the most wonderful time celebrating my birthday with my husband and our 2-year-old daughter. I highly recommend the junior suite for a family. We felt so at home in the comfortable space - it was a sad morning when we had to pack up and leave! All the staff here are so friendly and helpful - the restaurant staff, reception staff and the cleaners. It’s such a pleasant atmosphere. I want to give a special mention to the manager Philip at the Pullman Hotel in Munich. He went above and beyond to ensure my birthday trip was extra special! Thank you so much! The surprise birthday cake in the room was a nice touch. Thank you! 😁
