I was very lucky to encounter such accommodating staff during my booking process. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to personal circumstances and the staff were very communicative and accommodating even at the last minute. I would definitely recommend.

We had the perfect stay at this lovely resort. The accommodation was superb, the food excellent and the hospitality limitless. Thanks especially to the great Front Office & Restaurant teams and in particular Ms Chularat Prapedi for her many kindnesses. We’ll be back!

Many thanks to Varatha Sikora for perfect booking organisation and Platinum upgrade to Deluxe Ocean View. We stayed here for 13 days and were wondering about some other (bad) reviews; because the hotel was in very good condition and everything worked really very well; especially the breakfast was tasty, the team was always very quick and perfect organized and the beach bar was very friendly, too. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime! Stephan & Sophia

This is the worst hotel i ever been on. My whole family get sick by there food. So many bad Things about this hotel. The service is poor, dirty swimmingpool, dirty Walls around the hotel. The card to the rooms dont work 50% of the time! Dont Pick this hotel! U Will regret!!
