I got facial massage from Thu Giang . She is so~~~~~ super duper excellent and nice. She is able to control her pressure very well so I could enjoy whole time. Here is so comfortable and calm. Also, it is very silent. I felt perfect happy. I strongly recommend everyone.

I was there for Saturday Buffet, it was amazing. Food was good, abundant and staffs also nice. They tried the best to accommodate us, especially Mr.Lai manager. He is so sweet and help us to arrange really great table for my friends birthday. Next morning, for breakfast was amazing. Shout out Mr.Khanh, who brings the soul Novotel to customer. Great manager ever. When check out, lobby was busy, but Mr.Thien quickly support me luggage and bags, left good expression to me. Be a member for Accor, Im more than happy here. I will be back for sure. thank you

Air conditioned, well equipped, clean and friendly staff, especially Mr Nguyễn. Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Really love Inbalance fitness!

As first timers (and definitely not last timers) to Danang, we didn't know what to expect there. We are members of the Accor programme so chose to stay with a hotel within the group. When our chosen resort was unavailable for the first two nights, we decided to stay at the Novotel Danang Premier. Once we moved on, my husband and I kept thinking "We should have stayed a bit longer at the Novotel!". Reason being is that it's near the heart of the city. It was so clean, the service was amazing and helpful and we felt we were living in Danang, not being tourists. We had a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and it was great. As vegans with a toddler, it was nice to be able to have somewhere to make them some food and a space for them to sleep while we could stay up. We had no expectations on what would be in the apartment so were surprised with the stove top (and multiple pots and pans), and the best knives! Our child loved the kids club room, which gave them an outlet to run around and play safely. The infinity pool is small but really, you don't need much as it does cool you down. I was unaware of the roof top club and didn't hear it (or I just slept through the noise!). The street noise can be heard from the 12th floor, however, I find some comfort in that and embrace it as part of the experience. The hotel was close to supermarkets and there is some great coffee a block away. There were dinner boats across the road which you could watch from your balcony sail on the Han River. To the team that helped us organise transport from the Airport and to our next stop - thank you! It helped immensely. Our only 'criticism' (and seems to be across Asia) is that we wanted to have a bite to eat at the hotel (our child had come down with an illness and we were starving). All options on site seemed to be Western orientated and limited on Vegetarian and Vegan options (no animal products whatsover). There were fries, which is great for our toddler, but we needed more. We ended up using Grab to get some food delivered. My comment to the hotel restaurants and bards - Embrace the magical cuisine around you! Some travel to eat noodles, Bánh mì, Bun Cha, Rice paper rolls! Be that place that can offer it to them. As a Vegan, we love to eat out and wanted to support the hotel restaurant. By having a few options (a curry, something with tofu, even a fruit bowl), we will spend the money to each internally.

Better than expected for a predominantly business hotel. Staff very polite and good English speaking staff. As Accor members, we upgraded to premier room and worth it for access to lounge and an amazing room. View was spectacular and you could see the dragon bridge and almost 360 degree view. The famed sky deck club is in the 35th floor- extremely pricey but had a great night out with and exceptional DJ, great staff and security. Great location and loved that the ferry rides are opposite the hotel. Ie ferry to see the dragon bridge at night. So central and convenient. Breakfast was AMAZING. I indulged in their hotel spa - there was a promo for 1000000 Vietnamese dongs ($60 AUD) found that a little disappointing as was expecting a lot more so try an outside spa - think you could get the whole works with facials etc for a lot less and more pampering. It was onlya scrub and massage and 30 minutes in a sauna which is free in most hotels anyway … wish they did a facial in that package instead of the sauna.
