Awesome Club Lounge offering at Grand Mercure Patong Phuket Resort and Villas! Nan provides great hospitality and makes the experience 5 stars! She is cheerful, warm and always willing to accommodate any requests, such as ice coffees which is a great addition to the wonderful spread of food and drinks options she prepares and maintains so well!

Absolutely amazing, the pool bar and happy hour are fantastic. The cocktails are amazing and well worth the money. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle but still be in the heart of Thailand. Very good service especially Nan at the club lounge and elise as manager lots of fun and happy smiles, happy to help and have a good time. Pool access rooms are awesome and well worth it. Very secure resort security is on the ball soon as you come through the gate. Awesome stay highly recommend
