Safe & Comvenient. Close to the train. Very easy to go to other places. Many department stores and shopping centre around. No need to worry about food, convenient store is in the front. The front desk staff is very friendly & helpful. Will be back for sure.

lovely hotel with great staff . Dej, Joke and Tinn they are sooooo friendly and helpful during my whole trip. The quality of the bed room is just perfect, breakfast is rich and especially fruit juices all are fresh and nicely presented. Will be back soon.

Great hotel and great staff. Special mention to Khun Cindi, front office. He is very helpful and friendly. Always happy to see him. I have stayed in Ibis for many years. Location is great and easy access to shopping malls. BTS is just in front of hotel. Also special mention to Khun Oil, F&B Supervisor on the 8th floor. She is friendly and very attentive. Concierge guys are fantastic too. Very helpful and friendly.

I've just today very nice experience with this hotel: flight arrival very early (7h30 AM) at BKK but hotel reception, miss Oat Wunsen, was so nice to do all their best to get me a (very) early check-in and room with a nice view. You saved my day and my trip :-) Although room comfort here is not as "high" like Mercure's on upper floors, I'll be back for this kind of customer welcome.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel.. the rooms are not cleaned up neatly by the housekeepers. You can see dust everywhere in the room even after cleaning. They don't provide tea despite many requests in the room. The staff from the front office are not always helpful. The hotel is only okay because of it's location which is near MBK centre. Breakfast from the restaurant was good.
