Had a 3-day, 2-night stay as first-timers in Bangkok, and we were filled with excitement for our family holiday. The check-in process was fast, with the train station just a few steps away. We were delighted to find night street food right in front of the hotel and a convenience store conveniently located just below the lobby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was pleasantly cold, which is essential given Bangkok's heat. We tried the breakfast, and while the food tasted good, we felt that the variety could be improved the staff service were friendly and helpful. Perhaps adding a live station featuring Thai food would be a great addition. We had a positive experience with the concierge team; they provided us with helpful tips on navigating the city via the train, gave us a route map, and even provided us with an umbrella upon request. Special mention to Joke and the concierge team. Khob kun kha!

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam.Location is superb. Train station and big shopping mall are in front of the hotel. I stayed here only few nights. Room is not big and little bit old but clean and functional. Service is really nice especially at front desk. They always greeting me with smiling.So friendly and kind. I hope to visit this hotel again.If you are looking for the hotel located in the center of Bangkok, I extremely recommend here.

Hotel location is very accessible, nearest BTS National Stadium. Hotel staffs are very friendly and well coming, suitable for tourist and they can all converse in English. Hotel room is clean and tidy, with access to gym and swimming pool. Comes with a 7-11 at lobby which is very convenient
