Excellent hotel! Great location!! Walking distance to Matthew street and shopping area. Cozy rooms, very clean and comfortable enough! Breakfast was great, better than in other hotels with fresh cucumbers and salad, besides eggs, pancakes, juice, coffee, te, etc. Excellent customer service!!

Some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. A special shout out to Greta who was particularly helpful and lovely. Breakfast in the morning had a lovely selection, the room was spacious and tidy and the hotel is in the perfect location. We will definitely be back !

Great time stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the place. Comfy beds and great staff asked for the room to be done with Prosecco and chocolates for my partners birthday and when we walked in we were amazed. Great time had by us both. Definitely recommend

A lovely hotel, central and within easy reach of the Merseyside, Albert Dock, Cavern Quarter and Liverpool One. A friendly welcome and helpful assistance. Rooms clean and ample for what you need for a weekend away, Beatles themed too! My second time here and didn't disappoint! Breakfast great. Lots of choice in a calm and relaxing breakfast lounge. A nice little touch was when we returned for our luggage that they stored for us on our last day, was when we wanted to sit and chill before setting off for home, they said we could help ourselves to tea and coffee free, even though we checked out earlier that morning! Thank you for a lovely stay again.
