Always in good service and great experience staffs. Ms Huong at 10th flr Executive Lounge gave a professional grade of service during check out. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast at 10th flr was simple and good quiet atmosphere and good views.

A few days ago I was staying in Pullman hotel. I was participating in a training there. I think that this hotel was the best choice for that. Everybody and everything was perfect: the stuff of the hotel, the kindness of people, the location, service, food etc. Especially I wanted to mention to people. The first person I wanted to mention is Quỳnh Nguyễn who works as a trainee in the hotel restaurant. She is perfect in her job and very kind as a person. I wanted to mention her professionality in helping the customers and also, her perfect English. The second person is Jerry (Cuong) from the hotel stuff. He is very professional in his work and very kind to every people. I am really grateful to him because his advices helped me very much and he always was trying to do his best to help me in everything. And of course, I am grateful all the hotel staff for their professionality and kindness.

We held 2 courses in Hanoi simultanously and the Pullman Hotel was the right choice! Not just because of the overall quality of services, zhe most important thing for me was the kindness, helpfulness and willing to co-operation in every staff member. Thanks for Ms CHAM, Ms LIEN and of course for the whole team that make our event possible and perfect! Thanks for Ms. THUY for the service every day!

The staff were very helpful. I want to give a special mention to the concierge team who helped us out with tours and laundry. In particular, Daniel Hao took my call from overseas, continued to communicate with me via WhatsApp even after hours when he wasn’t at work and found an overnight cruise for me when all other travel agencies I had approached couldn’t (peak season) for an amazing price.
