The food was simply good but way too many options to select from! The staff were very friendly and the service was great. We enjoyed the taste of food . Please do continue such concepts and festivals which replicates our culture and traditions Manager Krishendra and Pitla Srikanth and Master chef Madeena and Master Chef Lama were so nice. They made our stay more comfortable

very nice concept started by Novotel in AMMAMMA'S KITCHEN by Master Chef Madeena n team in Square. All the dishes were so delicious and brought back our memories with our ammamma vantalu. plz do continue such festivals. please continue such festivals which replicates our culture

The Rooms were well maintained ALWAYS and smelt fresh. Lovely view from the Room. Tasty food with so many varieties and each day the menu changes to keep you excited. Thanks to the Chefs Dilli Rao and Lama for their extra care and love to the guests. Very prompt front desk response and billing . Thanx to Ms Kavya and Ms Dolly at front desk besides the other gentlemen like Manpreet . The best part of the stay was the evening Karoke by Mr Abid Ali. The lobby and lifts were topn notch glittering. Wash room always hygenic and clean .
