Amazing hotel!! Perfect fun for every person and family! Excellent facilities for children and the whole family, the hotel is very clean, the dining room is perfect and the staff is amazing!! I must mention and praise the receptionist Ravi who was amazing, very helpful and, kinfful, helped us in all things!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. A big shout out to Lamia who checked us in. Helped us exceptionally well. One of the best hotel service I received at check in world wide. We were stranded after our flights got cancelled and had no where to go. She amended our later booking so we could check in when we arrived

Specious and comfortable rooms. Always got plenty of water and coffee form the housekeeping staff. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff seemed very welcoming and approachable. The location of the hotel is good 10min walk to Dubai Mall and a convenient store right around the corner.
