Great city centred hotel based in District 1 in Saigon. Excellent levels of service from all the staff. Clean’ish room (someone had drawn a smily face on the window with moisturiser) but otherwise good. Normal complimentary water bottles+mini bar + safe etc. Good sized shower. Big bed. Breakfast was extensive, covering the dietary requirements of many different countries. Nice egg station. Great fruit. Nice coffee etc. The walk up to the main restaurants/bars etc was on first sight a little hairy, but in reality we had no issues, even walking back at 11.30pm. Pool on level 6 is nice - good breeze to combat the Saigon heat - with a nice pool bar. The roof top bar could be great, but it’s a little bit soulless. Good way of seeing the city is a good/drink tour on classic Vespas Good place to stay.

Gia in the pool area has the best service. Very young boy who will be an asset to the business.. he was so hospitalable and friendly. The overall hotel and concierge services were amazing The facilities were impeccable, food and rooms were so clean. My family was so comfortable and happy.

The Pullman Saigon Centre was wonderful and all the staff were excellent. Our family had the breakfast buffet which had so much to choose from and we also ate dinner at the Mad Cow both meals were fantastic. It was our last hotel prior to our international flight home, staff members like Gia went above and beyond to ensure our family enjoyed the complimentary kids zone, pool, sauna and jacuzzi so we were relaxed for our flight later than evening. This made such a lasting impression that we will stay at this hotel the next time we return to Vietnam.

It was a great experience at Pullman ,Ho Chi Minh..very prompt and helpful staff. Special shout out to few staff members like Minh poolbar who helped us with food and drinks at the pool when I was alone with my 2 hour old son , she helped be confirtable ..There was another staff who helped find a doctor when my son was unwell..they were very prompt and resourceful.
