If I could give this hotel less than zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your money. There are other hotels in a similar price bracket that I am sure would be 100% better. I cannot tell you how bad our experience of this hotel was. From the check in service on arrival, the room, the swimming pool, the bar, to the food areas. The check-in was busy and disorganised. The price they tried to charge us was different from the online pre booked rate - note, we had booked direct with Accor. It was only when I produced the actual emailed booking confirmation thay they agreed to amend the charge. The corridors to our room were dirty and also dated. Our room was tiny and dated, once we opended our two suitcases there was little room to move around. The blinds were dirty and the air conditioning, although set at its lowest setting was certainly not the temperature it was giving out. The pool, well, this is a story on its own, so I will come back to this further below. We went for a drink at the bar and asked if we could order some food from the menu that was on the bar but, we were told no, we needed to go to the restaurant area to order food. We asked if we could buy some bottled water to take back to our room and also for our onward journey the day after, but there was none……. I was flummoxed, such a basic, simple thing. Instead, we had to make do with cans of coke! We went in to the restaurant but were told we couldn’t sit in the more “formal” dining area. When I queried why - as it was part of the the same dining area, we were told it was simply closed. We had arrived in the restaurant about 20 minutes before the evening buffet was put out. The buffet serving area was filthy and as we watched the staff put the various food items out, there was no attempt to clean it at all. When we came to pay for our food - which we ordered off a separate menu to the buffet, again we were overcharged. On our online booking it clearly showed a 15% discount. Again, it was only when I produced the actual email booking did they agreed to amend the charge. After we had checked in and dropped the cases off in our room, we went down to the pool area to chill and cool off. However, I noticed this was not the pool that I had seen as the main photo on their website. When we went inside to query it with the staff, we were told this was the only pool they had. I tried to point out the two were not the same, but to be honest, they just treated us as though we were stupid. When I asked to see a Manager, I was told firstly that the rate we had paid was for the room only which, again, was a complete nonsense. When we pointed out that we would not have booked the hotel had we known the pool they were advertising on their main photo wasn’t here. Eventually, the manager did apologise and said she would pass this up to more senior managers…… as the pool they were advertising on their main page had been removed some years ago! When we went back to the pool that was here, there were no towels, no one around to ask for towels and 6 grown men playing water football. It was dirty, there were no cushions on the chairs and to be honest was completely not what we were expecting. Had we had the time, we would have checked out and gone to another hotel. The photos on their main website are misleading to say the least, The pool they show on their main photo is no longer here, the place is tired and dirty and the food is nothing like what is on the photos either. We thought we were booking in to a premium-level hotel, had we known this was as bad as it was, we wouldnt have booked here. It was truly awful. We have travelled all around India - which, I have to say, has been amazing. I can honestly say how much better all the other hotels, pools, staff, food, rooms, cleanliness has been compared to here. Please don’t waste your money coming here. On a positive note, I would just like to mention two members of staff that I did feel went above and beyond - both of these people were deaf: one member of staff was meet and greet at the front entrance, the other was in the restaurant. They were both outstanding, …… very well done guys and thank you. You were the only two people that I thought made a special effort with the customers.

My stay at ibis Delhi Aerocity was just fabulous all the staff in housekeeping are so interactive and guessed focused didn’t feel that i was away from home. Cleanliness of rooms , bathrooms was up to the mark and the cozy one. Thanks you team ibis aerocity and I would definitely like to come back. Thanku Mr.Ombir Singh Mr. Vivek

Restaurant Spice it is amazing if you want to experience homely cuisine you can come here. Variety of food options are available here. Beverages are also very good. If I have to start from checkin the staffs were very proactive. Since the hotel is always full and staffs are always busy with one or the other things but their presence is everywhere. I really appreciate Renu for interacting with each guests. Really liked the service.

Overpriced for what you get. The place has no character ( but that is the Ibis brand, I guess). Seems unclean when looking at details like shower glass and desk. Bed is abysmal. We have been in India for over two weeks, and this is the worst mattress, probably really old. There is a large dip on each side, as if it were ancient. Actually, this is the worst mattress in a very, very long time. The atmosphere when arriving is that of a large train hall. Busy in an unpleasant way. However, the reception staff and people who help carry luggage are truly friendly - once you make it past the relatively brusque and unwelcoming security staff. This is the last stay in an Ibis for us.

Great for solo female. Comfortable, quiet and convenient. Hotel staff went above and beyond to help me catch the train

Liked: The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was in a convenient location. I booked this at the last minute (plans changed) and there were no issues with checking in. It was also a bonus that it was within 10 minutes' walking distance of where I had been dining with friends. The next day when I checked out, Arun not only suggested tourist attractions I hadn't thought of, but encouraged me to catch the metro into town. The staff also organised a complimentary driver to drop me at the station, even though it was within walking distance. Dhanyavaad! (Thank you!) I'd definitely consider staying here again. Disliked: Very minor point, and I didn't need to buy breakfast here as I had leftovers anyway, but I thought ~$15.50 AUD was expensive for a home breakfast. However, given the convenient location of the hotel, it might be standard price for hotels the area.
