Terima kasih novotel gajah mada to taking care my family during staycation, room tidy, clean. Love the interior. Staff was friendly and helpful, special thanks to Dira and pak erik, handle check in by grace also fast and smooth. Location great for family we love it

Hotel needs alot of improvement. Management is very bad. Never answer calls and the room service is very slow. Check in time takes longer. Not to mention the Room is very dark and is in a bad condition too. I checked in at 11pm. Air conditioning was leaking from the ceiling and the sound was waking me up at 1am. I didn’t bother to change the room as it was very late. Turn off the AC and the i was asleep with no AC the whole night. Luckily i only stayed for a night. No soundproof. It was tiring night.

Breakfast have a lot of varities, and also for room was comfortable.. Hot water and aircon are working good.. The swimming pool not too big but nice

Mr Sopian served very friendly service, for my room I got an upgrade to suites room has large room and comfortable. Breakfast also has a lot of different menus. Recommended hotel to stay in the Gajah Mada area of ​​Jakarta 🥰🥰🥰 and I’ll come back to stay here

The services are excellently satisfying. The facilities are complete. It has fitness facility and swimming pool. The ballrooms are comfortably nice. The place of the hotel is strategic. It is close to shopping centre. Plus, the menus are good both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks for Mr. Holan Pardede for the friendly service.
