Great hospitality at the Novotel, looked after a our football team well. Jin was great help and made things very easy for our team. Would love for the team to stay here more often, facilities were amazing and the food and beverages were in point.

Excellent service from Elise, very polite and helpful. I was in a hurry for the early flight but she assisted me well. Also, breakfast here was amazing, they have everything you need for your breakfast. Plus, the cabinet food was a highlight for the restaurant, the food looked delicious but I was full.

Jemimah was excellent, food was fantastic also, definitely recommend to someone to try it. Also wanna to come back here in future. Convince location next to DFO, woolworths, should be better if it was next to the domestic airport as well. Thank you

Staff were friendly, food was delicious, we enjoyed. Steak was perfection. Dinner was fantastic. We did not wait longer for our main. Happy with everything including the services. Thanks Jemimah for serving us well. I would come again with family to have dinner here. Thank you.

The staff were amazing. We stayed pre and post a cruise with friends. Tercia, the manager (I'm not sure of the spelling, sorry if it is wrong), was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She ensured our stay went smoothly. As we were coming back post cruise, she ensured she locked our rooms in. The only problem was that they updated their hotel system in that week, and her notes, etc. got lost. Brett (the manager) was on when we got back from the cruise, and he was moving mountains to get us into rooms as soon as possible. This hotel may have cosmetic issues, but we WILL be back, and we look forward to the amazing, friendly staff, from reception, restaurant, maintenance, and the AMAZING cleaners who moved heaven and earth to find me some hot chocolate. Novotel Brisbane Airport, you have amazing staff, and even the trainees came across as very professional. WELL DONE EVERYONE
