I was stayed at this hotel 2 times at 3 march until 6 march 2024 and from 27 feb 2024 until 1 march2024. It was wonderful experience to stay here. Service hotel very good with fast response. And Also service at breakfast very excellent, very friendly and pleasant. Special thank for ms. Fina Febriani with a very friendly and pleasant services. Hopefully i will back and stay again at this wonderful hotel.

My stay at Novotel Bangka Hotel for 9 nights was amazing, staff from the management down have all been very friendly and helpful, you are always greeted with a smile and the service has been excellent. Breakfast is well worth having, there is a variety of food catering for all tastes and freshly made eggs to your liking. At other times there is several menus to choose from, room service, restaurant and bar all with a delicious selection of local and international meals and drinks. The rooms are comfortable and well serviced, with beds made and fresh towels daily, there is coffee / tea making facilities, a small fridge and a safe, just outside the door there is free water dispensers for hot, normal and cold water. For leisure, there is a well maintained swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and spa for relaxing at the hotel, with friendly helpful staff on hand. There is an excellent same day laundry service if needed. All in all, Novotel Bangka Hotel provides an excellent experience.

Novotel hotel and convention hall, located at jl. Sudirman, bangka-babel ... Just 2-3 km away from downtown ... Nice hotel, good restaurant, also there's lounge for relax or small meeting ... The room itself well maintained, clean, tidy, complete amenities, also available dispencer refill drinking water outside the door ...

Stayed for 3 days, the room is neat and clean, everything's ok. I enjoy staying here on Bangka Island, and of course Novotel. Breakfast is great, and there's a little lady named Yosefina? I guess. I saw her once on social media and i met her here, She's kind and friendly. She often greet me and make me a cup of coffee in the morning
