Excellent service.. We can find more food, because this place beside mall. Swimming pool and Gym place very comfortable. Very nice to stay here with fams. When we were breakfast, more choice to find anything food, and the taste very good. We are recomended to stay this hotel.

So far, my stays at Novotel Tangerang have always been satisfying. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front office to the waitresses, and even the security personnel. The spacious and clean rooms are definitely a plus point. The facilities are comprehensive and conveniently located, making access to anywhere easy.

I am a regular guest at this hotel and last time I stayed here, about a week ago, there was a small issue on my food order from the Sixth Sense pool bar. We all make mistakes, and it happens. But I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the hotel staff on listening to the issue, trying to solve it, and overall trying to make my stay more enjoyable. Today I come back to the hotel and the Pool Bar, and what a surprise it was that as soon as I enter, Deden was at the entrance, who with his smile and great attitude made sure that this stay would go to perfection. It was also awesome that the staff with whom the misunderstanding happened, came to talk to me, always showing a huge smile. We need to remember that we are humans and we all make mistakes, but not everyone has the great attitude that the whole staff at Novotel Tangerang has. Great experience.
