We stayed at the NOVOTEL Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel for two days. The hotel is new and modern. The room is clean, bright, not very big. Spacious gym and pleasant outdoor pool. But what struck us the most was the staff at this hotel. Lest we ask to do, bring or remove - their reaction was instant. We traveled in Abu Dhabi a lot, but we have never met such high level of the service! BRAVO! I would like to highlight and thank housekeeper Marlar Win for her accuracy, hard work, responsiveness and politeness, as well as concierges Islam and Nithin Meethal for their attentiveness and diligence. Also, I am grateful to manager Mahendra and receptionist Ahmed, who showed attention and responsiveness due to my request to organize on-line conference. Hotel is amazing, the staff is very professional. Can’t go wrong with this hotel. Very clean as well, food and everything is right here I would highly recommend. Pool area is so nice and the views are stunning. I stay here everytime. It’s a cant miss hotel.
