Distance 10/10 Service 5/10 Room cleaniness 8/10 Clean room, size is okay for family of 4. However, they lack what I feel essential items thst should be basic necessity in any hotel rooms - Pot to boil water. - No tea/coffee or cups/spoons in rooms. - Bottled water Distance to tram within 5 mins. Distance to the main train station 5 mins. Receptionist isnt friendly at all. No smile on the face. My room was out of electricity the first day, so I called and wanted to get it checked. Staff was what I felt rude. I was telling her that the electricity in the room was out. There was no TV, my phones weren’t charging. She kept guiding me on how to turn on the TV. I made ir clear about what was happening and then she snapped and said “I am not an electrician, so I wouldn’t know how to help you”. Then she insisted that I come down and change rooms. She claims she is alone at the counter, therefore unable to fix the bedding for the sofa bed. So asked me to wait for another hour so she could do that, but I can’t be bothered with her tone and do it myself. Could do better Ibis. I hope you do.

Good level hotel for the price.

Was visiting the Le Mans 24 Hour motorcycle event including the sidecars. Hotel located in a good spot to be close to the Gare, within reach of the circuit by a 20 minute Tram ride and with a few shops and restaurants to keep you fed. Room spacious and clean, Breakfast well sufficient and staff lovely. Would stay again.

Nice hotel close to the railway station and transport hub. Room was nicely decorated with a car them of course. Breakfast was upto the usual standard. Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel parking was not available I think because of repairs but on street parking was satisfactory.

Comfortable room let down by filthy shower

My bedroom was bright, comfortable & clean, except for the window-sill which was clearly in need to repair. The en-suite bathroom looked as if it had been recently renovated except for the shower. Around the shower tray and between the lower rows of tiles the grout was black; and the ceiling had been recently repainted but stopped over the shower where it showed clear signs of black mould. Also I noticed that the extractor fan did not work which would explain the mould.

We were disappointed to find on arrival that the hotel had only 5 car parking spaces. There was no mention of limited spaces on the Web site. We had to use a nearby public car park which for the overnight stay cost us 20 euros.
