chose the Novotel Lampung hotel for a staycation and to celebrate my child's birthday, and coincidentally the Novotel Lampung is a highly recommended hotel. from my child who really likes the swimming pool and the large selection of breakfast foods. The service provided by Novotel Lampung is very good, starting from its friendliness and quick response to guests' wishes. Overall okay. I feel comfortable with the room, food in restaurant and the view. Also I enjoyed the service from mba Meli mba Niken and mba Fitri. Afterall I just want hotel for improve their frontdesk service a lil more.
