We had been meaning to stay here for a while. Finally did and it some how even exceeded expectations. We stayed in a palm one bedroom suite. 3 adults fine , spacious . The room and block felt virtually brand new , the room was beautiful , had our own reception which has great staff. The lounge that was included , we got breakfast, afternoon tea and pre snacks and drinks before dinner , really great food and drinks and again good staff. The pool area , there were a few and large however it was half term so a lot of children and busy. So we chose to sat on the beach which was tranquil and you could walk forever . Right next door to the Atlantis the royal too. The spa that was also included was great in the evening when the sun was going down . Big shout out to Subash in our suite reception he was extremely welcoming and also when we forgot all of our shoes some how at check out and I went back he really helped me get them back and wouldn’t even let me walk to reception, took me back on the buggy. Overall great stay and we will be back.

Nice, hôtel nice, facility Kids friendly. We enjoyed our stay for 3 night . Beautiful view. Staff is doing an amazing job. Everything is clean and EVERY one is respectfull as usual in dubai. We will be back next year for sure . 2 adult 2 children

The hotel is nice enough, however our experience wasn’t one of luxury or tranquility as portrayed on Insta or on their website. It really is a nice family hotel, but not ideal for couples without kids. The breakfast buffet was chaotic with too many people and extremely loud with screaming children. It felt like an All-inclusive in Spain, nothing remotly luxurious about it and we couldn’ wait to get breakfast behind us daily. Of the many pools at the hotel of which all but one are kids pools, the main pool is also being taken over by families with children including toddlers. So for those seeking a more quiet holiday, there is only a small ‘quiet’ section of beach for people above the age of 12, however this rule is being ignored by guests and staff unfortunately. The food in the restaurants was ok, however they are - in comparison to other hotel restaurants that we visited - tired looking, loud, empty and lacking (again) the fine dining and atmosphere that is being portrayed by Sofitel online. The hotel room was big but also a bit tired looking. The service was good and attentive. Conclusion: good family hotel, but not as luxurious or serene as expected. For us not worth the money we paid and we will not return.

Great views, beautiful resort, and luxurious suite with lots of amenities and comforts. The butler service and lounge access as well as many room perks make the stay much more enjoyable and special. The hotel has several dining options, all of which we tried offered good service and amazing choices. This is a different style of resort for the Palm Jumeriah in Dubai, with an understated luxury in place of the other Dubai "luxury in your face" hotels. Mostly recommended for families with children and couples in the adult only rooms and suites.

Really wonderful place. We spent great time as a family with children. The staff is very helpful and nice. All the restaurants were offering great quality food options. I ‘d like to thank in particular Milan from the world eatery restaurant and Rio from the Moana seafood restaurant for their hospitality.
