Checking in was a snap at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan. The room was just right—clean, comfy, and just the right size. The bathroom was spotless too. It's cool that they're all about being green, and you can tell they mean it everywhere, from the room to the restaurant. The price felt just right for what we got. Walking into the room to find a basket of fruit waiting for us was a sweet touch. The food at the buffet? Really tasty, and lots of choices too. The folks at the bar and restaurant were on the ball, which made eating there even better. Checking out was as easy as checking in. It's clear these guys know how to treat their guests right, making everything smooth from start to finish. All in all, Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan nails it with their clean vibe, eco-friendly attitude, and solid value. Definitely a stay that's worth it without asking too much from your wallet.

Must visit hotel, astonishing services great room with good city view , hotel services ,foods are great, the reception was very cheerful a person on reception name Osama he is such a fantastic guy very helpful, nice guy. I suggest everyone to visit.

Stay was really awesome ,i was there for a business trip , but it felt like a home , hotel is really good , especially the staff members are amazing , from the reception Osama is such a amazing and helpful guy, Housekeeping and restaurants are really fantastic
