Pratik, Mansi ,Shradha and Sakshi from GR & Pradnya desk welcomed us really well , they weere very polite and attentive and also handed some beverages while we were checking -in and check-out was super quick and easy Rashi and Ashwani from club they greeted us with a smile and gave a really good service. The overall experience at Sofitel, Mumbai was great. And I would like to visit again. The best part was as it was anniversary we booked the room 1114 and they gave a little suprise with cake and handwritten note which was heartwarming.

Nothing changed after years about this hotel . Same unprofessional receptionist Bell Boy staff always standing in corner in group chatting, Service at Breakfast was very low standard This Hotel doesn’t allow outside guest after 8 pm but you can take guest to the room directly from lobby than no one ask but if you ask for permission they will deny it,generally guest timing are till 10 pm. I say it’s average 3 star quality standard Hotel must be working as it’s in Businesses area otherwise no one would visit if you are paying for 5 Star

Fantastic stay at Sofitel. Breakfast and Dinner offer plenty of choices and the staff (especially Mr. Inas) is extremely helpful and service oriented. The fitness is very well equipped, with cardio and weight training machines. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
