It's been a great pleasure and amazing food experience and service at food exchange ,we came on team and had group dinner at nhcc food exchange which was beyond expectations. Amazing Greetings, Beautiful Restaurant with a great food, atmosphere n services also top class, server Malik also knowledgeable n friendsly. This is the one of my favourite restaurant, I personally have enjoyed all my experience, the food n buffet spread also good we all try live dishes pasta n Margherita pizza, Thank you salijungba n Malik.

The ambience and service was good. I appreciate pinky for work who take care during my stay. I would like to thank Sumit who always take care of my room and Megha who upgraded my room. The location of the Novotel convention is good. Environment here is always warm n welcoming .

A great team. I must recognize, in particular - Mhasesino, Ked, Jyotsna, Pankaj and the security team (did not get the name of the kind gentleman who helped). I left my wallet at the café checkout. The team brought it to security immediately- and when I realized it was gone - they told me exactly what had happened and worked quickly to bring it back to me. I am so grateful - not just for the speediness with which I was helped - but for the kindness everyone showed me while I was in a slight (😆) panic. I hope management recognizes this team for their leadership and excellent customer service. Thank you! 🙏
