This hotel was a nice surprise for us! First of all, every single employee (and I really mean EVERYONE) treat us super well, friendly, professional and tried to do an extra mile to make us fell comfortable (special mention to the guys at reception who spoiled our kids with treats more than once 😀). Breakfast was really good with lots of options and even the possibility of making your own fresh juice. Location was not super central but it was very convenient for walks along the Danube river promenade and the public transport brings you to any major tourist attraction very fast. The hotel really delivered and overcome our expectations.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre and public transportation, which is only 3 min walking. Staff were very helpful and friendly and kept our bags in the storage room before check-in. The room was clean and nice with modern furniture. We didn't get breakfast but offered free hot beverages in the lobby. The city centre was good for shopping and testing food and coffee . We don't advise cakes whixk are very dry for our tests . Try classic dessert 🍨 🥧.

It was a weekend vacation with my wife. We loved the location, which is just 7 min walk away from the Hotel, close to restaurants and the city centre The very kind and helpful staff at the Front Office provided a room with a city view on the top floor The room was great with a separate toilet and bathroom. The location is good, we found transfer very easy to get to the locations we like to visit Thanks for the good service

The room is nice, the location is good, the only thing I wish to comment on is the frantic rudeness of one of the waitresses. Kept screaming at everyone at the breakfast buffet for tiny things, definitely has trouble with her temper.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The location is good, just a few metres away from the Metro station and a short walk to the Prater or into the Central area. Stayed in a family room which was a sufficient size for our family of 3. The only thing was that breakfast was a little chaotic. The restaurant is too small for a hotel of this size. We sometimes had to wait for a table and the area to make pancakes and waffles is tiny so we waited a long time every morning to make those (but my daughter loved them so we did the wait each day). The staff were all working very hard but many items were frequently running out. This was more to do with the size of the restaurant than the staff. Other than that the stay was very good.I would stay here again but not on a breakfast rate. I would probably try and find breakfast somewhere else nearby each day instead.
