Cleaning takes a lot of time. They clean the room after every other day. It's not a daily thing, no matter how many times u call them. Lifts are also a problem. They go to ground floor and do not stop in between. Hotel lobby is on 11th floor

Ali Akkaş and Abo Bakkar cleaned our room 2117 they were very nice and kind. Majority staff here are very kind and helpful. The decor in the bedrooms is a little tired even though we had a junior suite. However the decor in lobby, restaurants and other facilities is good. This hotel is premium because of the location and the fact it’s a few minutes walk into the Haram but it isn’t necessarily most aesthetic eg tired carpets and bathrooms are very basic in the bedrooms. However the bed was comfortable and you can ask for whatever you need they will help you. We got Haram view which was lovely but our other family had city view and that is fine too as you will be going to the haram regularly anyways if you are here for pilgrimage. We had half half board and breakfast and dinner facilities are suitable and also child friendly here but bear in mind there is ample food around here. The price for the stays here is extortionate compared to what you would pay for hotels in other countries however it makes sense because of the comfort and the amenities. It makes a difference to book a hotel very close inside or beside clock tower. This hotel is accessible via the clock tower lifts and it’s very close to gate number 91

Unfortunately, it was a very bad stay and I will not repeat it again. There is no hospitality and I did not find a room when I arrived. The customer service at the hotel is very bad, but Mrs. Nourhan is excellent. She is the only one who tolerated the problems.
