The hotel is located in front of a fantastic mall and connected to several transport options. On the flip side, it is quiet and in a residential neighborhood, which makes it a very attractive option instead of the noises and rougher city center. The room I had, 617, was large, comfortable and cleaned to perfection every day. Breakfast was nice and overall the hotel was one of the nicer ones I have stayed in Geneva. A huge thanks to Kim, Benjamin and Tyron for their help, professionalism and friendly attitude, it made a huge difference during my stay. Until next time!

This is a great hotel close to Geneva airport. We did a few days in Evian and stayed here the night before we flew back from Geneva. We were a family of 3 (mum and two teenage boys) and were well accommodated, although business people also using the hotel so covers all needs. Hotel is just over a mile from the airport and along main roads so not easily walkable. We got stung by taking a taxi which was €21 for a few minutes drive. You are much better taking the tram. It’s really easy. Take the number 10 tram which comes right outside of airport (to left of main airport doors as you come out). It’s only a few stops. Get off outside the shopping mall and hotel is opposite. Upon arrival reception staff spoke good English and were very welcoming and polite. They allowed us to check in early at 1pm. They told us we had a free transport card with our stay which was really useful. Gives you free access to the trams and a free boat trip on the lake. The reception staff showed me how to set up the card. The room was a good size and came with fridge, microwave and kettle. Bottled water in the fridge. Separate bath and shower (take conditioner as only shampoo & shower gel supplied). Good size comfortable main bed and a handy curtain divide to separate out other two rollaway beds, which were also comfortable and good for what we needed. Good WiFi and table space. Breakfast was basic but fine (buffet style). Some hot choices, toast, cereal. A great, clean hotel within easy distance of the airport.

Gorgeous hotel. Opposite a TPG number 10 stop, which takes you directly into geneva or the airport, & a shopping centre with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely friendly, the beds are very comfortable & overall it is very convenient for a short trip. The room we stayed in had a peculiar bathroom, with the toilet in a different room to the shower/bath, which was annoying at times. Also, the breakfast was delicious but there was a very small, limited amount of tables.

Good rates and convenient location (for airport) made us choose this hotel. Right opposite Balexert mall with restaurants, supermarket and cinema, and 3 stops on the number 10 bus to the airport (a few more stops the opposite direction to city centre). Awesome rooms for families, with sofa beds and a (minuscule) kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee refilled daily. Nice staff, and good outdoor terrace for warmer days, including ping pong and foosball tables as well as a small kids play corner. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located close the airport—10 minutes via the no. 10 bus. It is also 15 minutes from the city center and about 20 minutes or so from CERN. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, ample amenities. Across the road from a large shopping mall with ample selection of eating establishments.
