Lovely stay but disappointed that the pool is no longer available and the the bar continues to be closed. Breakfast is lovely and really enjoyed it every morning! Locality is excellent and staff very helpful.

A relatively modern hotel a short walk from the centre of the attractive town of Hameln. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is excellent. The website is up-to-date with catering arrangements (no restaurant, free water at all times). There are very limited free car parking spaces outside, otherwise use the underground car park (with pedestrian access near hotel) for less than 10 Euros a night. Temporarily, due to the prevalent staff shortages they were unable to make up the room on one night.

The room was big with a big bed in it. 2 balconi I had which unfortunately I could not use. Bathroom was very nice and big. The Breakfast buffet offer you everything which was possible to offer. The staff very nice and helpful.

The hotel is nicely situated near a small, quiet park 4-minute walk to historic city center. Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff, really nothing to complain about. Parking space in front of hotel is limited, Great breakfast buffet.

When I checked out the Hotel staff very rudely advised me to wear a FFP2 face mask instead of a surgical mask. Since this a state requirement, I immediately followed and changed the mask. However, not only was I shocked by the rudeness of the hotel staff but also that he himself did not wear a FFP2 mask. When I asked him and advised that the rules apply to everybody, he again very rudely commented that he is exempted. I was shocked by the behavior, also because the other staff were very friendly. The hotel management should take decisive action
