One of the BEST Hotel I've ever been Worldwide. Jay and her team doing an outstanding job. Best was present from Sara. Selfmade welcome card and pictures just because she heard I love Thailand so much. BEST,BEST, BEST Hotel and well trained and suuuper friendly team. Would recommend this to everyone. From now my home in Bangkok away from home. Can't wait to see you all again soon. ❤️❤️❤️

Very good experience. Good & friendly staff, good service, good food, good & clean room, One thing to improve staff who face directly to guests they need good english communicaton. Staff should speak clear English and provide clear orientation to new guest about what is included in the package and what is not included. Clear orientation about hotel services must be given clearly. Good hotel & good team work !! Thank you for your hard work Pete, Boy, Tui, Natty, Tony, Tee, Tow, Lay, Kevin, Aum. Very beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Modern facility, spacious and spark clean rooms. Very nice breakfast and dinner was awesome. Hotel connected to sky bridge that link to nearest BTS for just a minutes walk. Thank you to the hotel Duty manager Ms. Piano very kind and helpful person.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Bangkok. The staff were tremendous but especially Gift, Khawo, Benz, Sindy and Valen. The whole team at the Club looked after us very well. The restaurants were amazing. We were spoilt at the spa and also enjoyed the pool.

We travel to Thailand since 2006 . The Sofitel openend it's doors in april 2012 and if we travel to Bangkok we always stay there. We love the Sukhumvit area and the location of the hotel. "Normal" rooms are already very spacious not to forget to mention the club rooms (Club Millésime Rooms) with access to the club lounge. Beds are very comfy and big, my wife has a bad back due to a car accident and she loves the beds. If you have access to the lounge you can enjoy a high tea or free drinks and bites from 5-7 PM. Don't forget to book a room with breakfast included, It is the best we've ever had. The Sofitel already has been renovated in 2023 and the overal quality is even better then before. One of the main reasons, next to the superb hotel, to stay at this hotel are the people who work there. Personnel /staff is excellent from the moment you walk in. Everything is very organised from the smooth check-in till departure. We specially have to mention Miss Ing for her services during our stays. She always does the extra mile.
