We were really happy with everything about the hotel. The check in was swift and easy and our room was ready early. We walked over to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel, it was a pleasant walk and took us approx 40 minutes (whilst perusing the local area) The bedroom was clean and although it wasn’t huge, this was as expected and perfectly fine. The teenagers had a sofa bed that split in to two singles. It was suffice. In the evening my husband and I would use the bar and there was a nice ambience in the communal areas. The breakfast was exceptional. Real coffee, incredible pastries & so much variety. The teenagers were happy and well fed before each busy day. We visited Disney during our stay. Very easy route, Montparnasse Bienview station to Nation, and then Nation to Disney. It took a total of 1hr 10. We would definitely stay at this hotel again (mainly for the excellent breakfasts & great location) All staff were lovely and helpful :)

We stayed for two nights with two young kids with breakfast. Parking underground is great, you get a ticket when you come in, then at the reception you will ask/pay for an exit ticket (you can stay few hours, we paid for full day with in and out convenience). It’s great and not too busy, maybe note the parking access as often in Paris is not very wide, we had a seven seater it was ok but don’t rush in! Breakfast was great, with omelette bar and staff cooking it for you, fresh pastries, juices, ham, selection of cheeses, sausages, breads, cereal, pancakes, waffles, coffees and teas. Room was good we had a family one with queen bed and double sofa bed.

Decent hotel about 10-15 mins from the Gare Montparnasse

We chose the Novotel for our quick sojourn in Paris primarily because it was next to the Gare Montparnasse and we needed to catch a train from there early the next morning. It is a perfectly decent hotel with a good sized room, coffee and tea making facilities and a good bathroom with decent shower. The safe was only large enough for passports and documents and not for larger items. We did not have breakfast at this hotel, and it is not as close to the Gare as the map might suggest, we did have to walk all the way around from the exit of the Gare to the hotel, so about 10 mins walk or so. The area around Montparnasse is not the best for restaurants and cafes, and it is a good 15 mins trek to the nearest metro (Bienvenue Montparnasse). No complaints at all here.

The quickest way to the Hall 1 & 2 is to take the pedestrian tunnel from Hall 3. Номер просторный и хороший санузел, современный лифт. Большой телевизор и диванчик. Хоть отель и рядом с вокзалом, хорошая звукоизоляция окон. Было тихо. По сравнению с парижскими отелями где размер номера и санузла все вместе 12-15 метров и в лифт не войти с чемоданом, это просто шикарный вариант. Единственно, что напрягали подушки, маленькие и жёсткие. В лобби около ресепшн есть бар и ресторан, нет проблем с питанием и напротив небольшой ресторанчик. До мини маркета пешком 5 минут. И до Эйфелевой башни и дворца инвалидов тоже 12минут пешком, и до кафешек и ресторанчиков 3 минуты.

Stayed at the hotel with my partner for 4 nights and 5 days. The staff were friendly upon arrival and checked us in swiftly. The room was spacious and clean. Staff came in to clean the room and change the towels every day. The bed was also very comfortable. We felt very safe staying at this hotel. The rooms also have very easy to use safes which we used to put things like passports etc. We had the breakfast on one for the days but we got there about 2 hours after it was made so personally l found it abit cold and wasn’t the biggest fan but my boyfriend enjoyed his and thought it was fair for the price. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from a metro station and not too far from many attractions such as the catacombs, Eiffel tour ,Louvre and the Arc de triomphe. We only traveled to our destinations using the metro, even Disneyland! So you can save a lot of money getting the metro, only €2 per journey. We booked through booking.com which mentions the city tax, however there is also a deposit required upon arrival so l would call ahead to confirm how much they will charge for this if you’re wondering. The city tax isn’t very expensive at all, for the two of us it was about €19 euro. The deposit was also returned within a few days of us getting back home. Checkout again was very easy and again staff were lovely and friendly, and very accommodating even though we didn’t speak any french. Overall we had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely come back for future stays in Paris!
